All cards are hand folded, cut, printed and packaged in house by me.
It's a one man operation so please allow some time when ordering a card.

๐จ๏ธ How to print your Christmas colouring pages
- Purchase the Christmas colouring-in special and download the ZIP file when digital delivery is available after checkout.
- Unzip the folder to find your 17 individual PDF pages.
- Open your favourites and select A4 paper in your printer settings. Use actual size or a fit-to-page setting if your printer needs margins.
- Print in black and white, then grab your favourite coloured pencils, fineliners, felt-tip pens or markers.
- Colour, doodle and enjoy! Display your finished pages, create festive artwork for the fridge or add your own handwritten Christmas message to make a personal gift.
Regular printer paper is fine for pencils and most everyday pens. If you love bold markers or Copic colours, try thicker, marker-friendly A4 paper and put an extra sheet underneath to protect your table. We recommend doing a little test first, as some inks can bleed through ordinary printer paper.

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it and are unhappy.
Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us.

All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
Please don't hesitate to reach out for a refund but understand shipping can be unpredicatble if you have not paid for tracking or express.ย

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping.
You can track your order status on a tracking page on your order (if you have paid for tracking or express) & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
Please understand if you have not paid the additional tracking fee for single or multiple items it will be in the hands of Aus Post.ย
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps. kristian@welldrawn.com.au
We will not hesitate to refund if your item does not arrived by the date specificed. We are also happy to send again if it has been over a reasonable period.ย
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen.
