All cards are hand folded, cut, printed and packaged in house by me.
It's a one man operation so please allow some time when ordering a card.

I'm more than happy to give you a full refund based on a reasonable excuse.
If the order is damaged I'll replace it.
if you have mistakenly lost it (which happens) I can help you.

If you have requested a custom order I will liaise with you throughout the process and send you a final image before you receive it. If you're unhappy with it at all and at any stage please let me know

What cards will I receive?
Each month you will receive three Well Drawn greeting cards selected from new releases, customer favourites and useful occasions. You can email us with the types of cards you need, or let us choose a surprise mix.
Will every delivery be the same?
No. We carefully vary the selection to help you build a useful collection over time. If you have preferences or already own particular designs, email us and we will do our best to tailor the mix.
How does free delivery work?
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide and is sent as untracked letter post. Please allow around 7–10 business days after dispatch. Express or tracked shipping can be selected separately when available.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
For subscription changes or cancellation requests, email kristian@welldrawn.com.au before your next renewal and we will help you out.

Well Drawn was founded by Melbourne designer Kristian Terry in 2015. Every card begins as a hand-drawn illustration and is printed, folded and packed locally in Melbourne.

Order
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.
If you choose Pickup option please ensure payment is made prior to pickup.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it and are unhappy.
Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us.
All products are subject to inspection once we receive them
Once we receive your item, or if you require a refund, a refund is initiated immediately.
All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
Please don't hesitate to reach out for a refund but understand shipping can be unpredicatble if you have not paid for tracking or express.
We are a family business so please ensure a refund reason is genuine :)
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping.
You can track your order status on a tracking page on your order (if you have paid for tracking or express) & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
Please understand if you have not paid the additional tracking fee for single or multiple items it will be in the hands of Aus Post.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps. kristian@welldrawn.com.au
We will not hesitate to refund if your item does not arrived by the date specificed. We are also happy to send again if it has been over a reasonable period.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen.
Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement or refund.
