At Well Drawn, everything is made by hand.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for normal mail orders.
I can express ship it. Which will arrive quickly to you within 1-2 business days
If you would like to pick up your cards I can supply an address over email or telephone or select pick up in the checkout
If you have any difficulties or input the wrong address please contact me
support@welldrawn.com.au
I will respond to you as quickly as possible.
All cards are hand folded, cut, printed and packaged in house by me.
It's a one man operation so please allow some time when ordering a card.
Otherwise it's all hands on deck!
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with any of the products or your order isn't in order
please let me know at support@welldrawn.com.au
I'm more than happy to give you a full refund based on a reasonable excuse.
If the order is damaged I'll replace it.
if you have mistakenly lost it (which happens) I can help you.
If your order is wrong, of course I’ll replace it.
If you have requested a custom order I will liaise with you throughout the process and send you a final image before you receive it. If you're unhappy with it at all and at any stage please let me know
If there's any other problems please let me know
